Returns & Exchanges

At SunnyBrook, we want you to love what fills your home. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help with a replacement or store credit.

All returns must be approved before being sent back.


Return Eligibility (Online & In-Store)

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery or purchase date for:

• Unused and unburned items
• Products in original packaging
• Items in resellable condition
• Orders with proof of purchase

Approved returns will receive store credit or a replacement.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damage and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit. 


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Used or burned candles
• Opened body care products
• Custom or special orders
• Gift cards
• Final sale items


Store credit does not expire and may be used on any future purchase at SunnyBrook.co. It cannot be redeemed for cash.
